Human interaction and Interdependence has been a necessary part of society since the inception. Then why has the modern housing broken down those connections an made human beings nuclear?
The project answers to the problem of housing crisis, mental health issues and physical ailments by creating a high rise tower for social interaction in the heart of Chicago. The focus of the project is to create intergenerational equity in the growing population of Chicago.
The design also promotes holistic well-being with wellness facilities, open-air terraces, and community events to combat isolation. Additionally, the project prioritizes sustainability with green roofs and energy-efficient systems, while offering affordable housing options to ensure inclusivity. This innovative approach reimagines urban living as a model for creating stronger, healthier communities.
