The Residential house is situated amist a 5-acre plot of land amidst gorgeous scenery. Since the house was intended to be in the middle, the concept originally revolved around expanding views along the longitudinal axis.
The design includes an open deck area in the Centre of the farm house to take in the stunning vistas. The palm trees on the property have been incorporated into the design since they are important ecologically to the region. In order to balance the architecture and offer vertical circulation, an open staircase has been provided, with wraps around the central courtyard.
